The Grand Lodge program was explained as well as several issues dealing with fund raising, the building, and Jerusalems Annual Martin Luther King Service.

- Ill. Raymond Smith was initiated, passed and Raised in Absalom of David No. 36, in Jersey City, New Jersey. He has been a very active member in his lodge holding the following positions; Ritual Instructor, Junior Deacon, Senior Warden and eventually Worshipful Master. Within the Supreme and National Departments, he has held the positions of Educational Director in the ND Eastern Jurisdiction, and President of the Deputy Grand Master’s Council. In The M.·.W.·. Job Grand Lodge he has been the Grand Lodge Lecturer, Educational Director, 2nd Deputy Grand Master and eventually the M.·.W.·. Grand Master.
